On 11th March 2021, our Dad Alan Levene lost his brave fight against the cruel disease which is Cancer. During his last few weeks, he received the most amazing comfort and care provided by Macmillan nurses.

The dedication and work Macmillan nurses provide for patients and their families is nothing short of incredible and whilst losing a loved one is never easy, Macmillan nurses are there every step of the way to ensure that the pain and hurt is lightened somewhat.

In memory of Alan (Dad) we have decided to set up this page to raise much needed funds for Macmillan. This will help them to continue providing care for others who go through the pain and trauma of Cancer

Therefore, on Friday 16th July we are organising a golf event to be held at Abridge Golf and Country Club in Memory of Dad. This is where he was a member for over 30 years.

12 players (3 x 4 balls) to play 2 rounds of golf in one day. There will be many challenges set for the day. So if you knew Dad or someone else that has been affected by cancer, we are kindly asking you to dig deep and sponsor a player to help raise money for such a wonderful and worthy cause.
