Helpu Cymru is dedicated to preventing suicide and empowering men to take charge of their mental well-being, with a mission to achieve zero suicides among men in Wales.

They do this by:

- Offering suicide prevention support through workshops, seminars, and partnerships.

- Creating content that reduces stigma and encourages help-seeking.

- Organising events and campaigns promoting mental well-being.

- Connecting men to resources and support networks.

Helpu Cymru’s volunteer team is here to provide the support men need to improve their mental and physical health.
