I've raised £50000 to Help save Reece's life and raise funds for cancer treatment that is only available overseas and not through the NHS.

Reece's Story:
It's been close to 4 years since I was diagnosed with advanced bowel cancer, I'm now 35 with two beautiful, happy, loving little girls Olivia (3) and Amelia (1) Two lovely labradors Jack and Ellie and not forgetting my amazing rock and partner Carlie. We have all been fighting this battle as a family and while I count my lucky stars I'm still here for them, my options for a cure are running out. I can't sit still and let this cancer destroy our family, I have to find other options for treatment and I need your help!
Conventional chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments are not working. I'm having to look hard for alternative treatment if I’m to find a cure and way back to my young family.
To date, I've had over 50 rounds of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, two liver resections and a bowel resection. This is the most the NHS can do for me. Any chemotherapy I now have is only palliative and will not cure my cancer.
I'm in contact with a fellow stage 4 bowel cancer patient who has had adoptive-cell immunotherapy treatment in Japan and is now in total remission. Immunotherapy is super expensive because it’s made with the body's white blood cells. the cost is upwards of £50,000 for treatment and possibly up to 8 weeks in Japan. This potentially lifesaving therapy is not available through the NHS and If I could raise the funds it might just be the one thing that saves my life and gives me time with my daughters.
The little problem I have is this potentially life-saving treatment is way out of my grasp in terms of cost. I have already got myself into debt trying to keep things afloat while not working and having different surgery and treatments. Carlie is working full-time to keep the household running, but you can only stretch an NHS nurse's wage so far. I need to raise money to continue to stay in the fight and have any chance of still being here to watch my girls grow up.
Your support can help my family one day live a normal life again
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my story, please share my fundraiser as much as you can.
