WE HAVE 5,000 BRICKS FOR SALE TO REBUILD THE SCHOOL, CAN YOU HELP? £2 per brick to rebuild a school and heal a community
    #BuildingTogether .

Hi i'm Andy, Co-Founder of Bucket List Adventure Travel and founder of the Kalika Primary School Project.

Earlier last year, I spent a month trekking and travelling around Nepal, arriving 8 months after the horrifying earthquake of 2015, that killed almost 9,000 people and injured over 22,000. More than than 2.8 million people were displaced and 5.6 million affected. I was shocked to see what condition some of Nepal was still in with limited electricity, water, housing and that in some parts, food and work was difficult to obtain. Yet, amidst all of this tragedy and destruction I was constantly treated like family without ever being asked for anything in return - truly being humbled by the people’s generosity.

Since returning to the UK, i have wanted to give something back to Nepal and i want you to come on that journey with me. If you can help, it's simple, all you need to do is buy 1 brick, 2 bricks or as many as you like to help us reach our target and to re-build 2 classrooms at this primary school and help this communities future.

SO HOW DO YOU REBUILD A SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY WITH ONLY 5000 BRICKS?

I am working alongside an amazing team helping to support this project and will be guided by Altruistic Hands in Nepal. Altruistic Hands are an established Not for Profit Company.

Our vision is to buy an earth brick machine, sponsor employment and training of local workers and use local materials while building the school for 150 children. 150 lives. 150 futures that can thrive with a real classroom to learn and have fun in.

Leave us your email for a personalised thank you and updates.

I wish we could offer more...my daughter traveled to base camp with Tika's company last year and said the people of Nepal were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Cheers to you for helping to rebuild!

I run an adventure travel company, Bucket List Adventure Travel. After travelling & working in Nepal, I was moved to help after seeing the complete destruction and the almost non existent reconstruction programme with schools. We can make a difference. One brick at a time
