In 2024, Rotherham Cheerleading Academy took their first ever team (Regal) to the AllStar World Championships in Orlando Florida. Having been a team for only one season before winning the bid, this was an incredible achievement. The team went out and performed incredibly well, achieving a score to put them in eighth place overall and top of all the UK teams competing at that level.

During the trip, the team received news that their Senior Open Lyrical team, Enchanted, had won a bid to compete at AllStar Worlds 2025 - incredible news for another relatively new team. The planning started all over again!

Fast forward to Season Six. This year, we intend to take not only Enchanted as part of their bid, but another three teams out to compete at Worlds. Included will be Regal, our level 3 senior cheer team, Regency our junior lyrical team and Supremacy our youth hip hop team. We all can't wait!

There's a lot of athletes involved in pulling this together so we need to get the fundraising train going. First off, we have our very own Coach Andy, some cheer dads and even a couple of our senior athletes ready to don their lycra and cycle their way to Scarborough. This is a huge challenge for every one of them and we hope you will support them with your good wishes and hopefully lots of money!
