Ralph was a warm-hearted soul with a wicked sense of humour, known by his colleagues for making days brighter, no matter how dark they seemed, teaching them how to up their necktie game and taking the time and patience to answer everyone’s questions – no matter how small or big they were. Ralph will be remembered as a people person through and through – whether it was dropping off a load of books for a colleague’s kid, diving into a starring part in the all-staff awards videos to support colleagues or touching base with someone just to make sure they were ok.

Ralph will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Whilst there will be no formal funeral, for any colleagues who would wish to pay their respects to Ralph, please consider donating here. All proceeds will be split between two charities that were close to Ralph's heart.
