Story

One of my friends recently visited the Opok primary school in rural Cambodia. The children there have so little and the school are doing what they can to provide these children with hope for the future but need a lot of help!! Some of the improvements needed are electricity, water and toilets - the very basic things we take for granted in our every day lives.

My friend's sister has returned now to fund raise and I took part in the Tough Mudder London West Event to help raise money for the school and also completed it. We did the event as a team braving through 12 miles of running in the cold muddy hills and 20+ obstacles including the arctic enema which includes swimming through a pool filled with ice and water, and an obstacle which included minor electrocution. Luckily, all of us completed the event with only minor bruises and injuries in just under 6 hours. All of this, 5 days since our Southampton Half Marathon on 22nd April

Please make any little contribution that you can, thank you very much
