Asalaam wa alaikum.
In the holy month of Ramadan, I am planning to stay silent for 36 hours, from 8am on Saturday 9th June until 8pm on Sunday 10th June. So this means I have to get through the weekend in silence around my friends and family! Many may agree in saying you probably don't want to be anywhere near me when I'm allowed to talk again, as once the flood gates have opened I may not stop for a very long time!

A Sponsored Silence in 2018 will consist of no verbal speech, no texting and no use of social media (unless its used for advertising purposes)
