Dear friends and well wishers,

As I am blessed to reach the age of 60, I want to express my sincere gratitude by giving back to the two temples that have been instrumental in my lifes journey. On 25th September 2021, I and a group of friends will be walking 20km to help raise donations for the Klang Subramania Swamy temple in Malaysia and the London Sri Murugan temple in East London.

Growing up in Malaysia, the Klang Subramania Swamy temple gave me my spiritual foundation and has held a special place in my heart. Later on in life when I moved to the UK, the London Sri Murugan temple has always felt like home away from home. It has been a place of peace, happiness, tranquillity, and inspiration to me and my family throughout our time here in the UK.

The Klang Subramania Swamy temple is in the midst of rebuilding their temple and the London Sri Murugan Temple is looking to construct a community cultural hall to hold cultural events. To help further these projects along in what has been a difficult year for most, I want to help by raising funds for both these worthy initiatives.

I intend to take on this challenge with the help of a few friends and the support of my family. I will be walking a total of 20km, starting from Highgate Murugan temple, completing the walk at London Sri Murugan temple.
