My name is Rachael Addy and i am the Activities Coordinator at Deangate Care Home in Mapplewell, Barnsley, South Yorkshire. I will be going the extra ‘vertical’ mile, by doing a stupendous tandem skydive. To raise money for our wonderful residents.
