I've raised £300 to help us maintain and continue improving sections of the Queen’s Promenade Gardens for the benefit of the community and its wildlife.

The Queen’s Promenade is a precious environment along the River Thames in Kingston, that brings joy, interest, contentment and recreation to our community and visitors.
We are a group of volunteers working to maintain and improve sections of the gardens along the Queen’s Promenade for the enjoyment of the community, the preservation of its heritage and the diversity of the habitat. We have been renovating the promenade for three years, during which time the volunteers have:
* Restored an old caretaker's hut as a central hub using many upcycled materials.
* Created The Pocket Park around the hut.
* Restored over 300 metres of the Queen's Promenade to its former glory.
* The Spring blooms have never looked so colourful and plentiful; they are often complimented on by the public.
This is where you can help our work and see the difference too as we do all our own fundraising. We need your support to help us purchase plants and new and replacement garden tools as we have identified an abandoned section of the original Victorian Promenade, (our ‘Italian’ Garden) that, with your support, is another area of the promenade we can bring back to life for everyone’s enjoyment.
