10 years agoThis is the boat you have helped to build with your tremendous support, it was officially launched last Saturday and the final coat of paint is going on the inside today. For those who pledged £50 or more, we owe you a row! Building the boat at The AHOY Centre makes a real contribution to the Boat building Apprenticeship programme and the fundraising challenges the charity runs. Your support has made this happen, so thank you.

I am passionate about enabling young people to learn practical boat building skills at The AHOY Centre so they can gain job opportunities. We are crowdfunding for the Purple Cutter to support the Apprenticeship and to get more women out on the water. Win, win!
