Story

Pulp by Rind

After Roman’s mother survives a life-threatening illness, he must fight to become her one true love again.

This is a tragedy about love. Everyone is wrong, and everyone is right; all of us are heroes, and all of us are villains. Our film focuses on family and human behaviour... how we're always just barely understanding one another.

Pulp by Rind stars Adam Isla O'Brien (Moonhaven, Unexpecting, First Dance), Louise Morell (Never Trust a Person Who Talks Too Much, Resistance, Straight White Man), Kenton Lloyd Morgan, and Iona Bell.

How can you help?

In October of 2021, the initial idea for Pulp by Rind was born. Needless to say, these last nine months have been extremely exciting yet challenging for all of us. Thanks to your generosity on our initial production fundraiser, as well as the help of a highly dedicated cast and crew, our film completed post-production earlier this July. We are thrilled with our final film and cannot wait for you to see what we've made!

As a crew, we believe we've got something really special to show the world and have high aspirations for our film's festival circuit. We hope to submit to a number of festivals, including the Royal Society of Television & Motion Picture Awards, the London Short Film Festival, Cannes Indie Shorts Awards, and much more.

But first, we need your support. Every penny of your donation will be directly invested into Pulp by Rind's festival circuit. As recent graduates, this film will be the prime piece of work that launches our careers in the film industry. By donating, you will be directly supporting a new group of young and independent filmmakers. Your generosity is highly appreciated and immeasurably valuable.
