Story
Phoebe has an ulcer on her eye which is very painful and this is the 4th time she has had one. Due to each time she gets one they are more worse than the previous the vets are seeking advice from an Ophthalmologist. Phoebe first eye ulcer 2017 resulted in an operation that meant removing the damaged lens and replacing with a new one. It has returned for the 4th time and again in the same eye as before, and due to this the vet insurance won't cover the cost of the operation and medication.
I don't usually ask for help like this, however Phoebe is my baby and I want to do what's best.
Any donation of any size would be highly grateful
