Story
my dad Phil Thacker sadly passed away on the 3rd April. Given the current situation we are only able to hold a small family funeral. We have decided to set up this page in his memory. Any monies that are raised will be split equally between the AMU (assessment and short stay ward) and the heart failure team at Wrexham Maelor Hospital. The two teams had a very big part to play in the last weeks of dads life.
