    Story

Together with my old rugby club, Hullensians RUFC we are entering a team to take part in the Humber Bridge Cycling Sportive on the 23rd June 2024 to raise funds for P.A.U.L for Brain recovery and Brain Tumour Research.

Phil's Pedal Party '23 is a fun, non-competitive cycle event across the iconic Humber Bridge and will give riders the option of 3 routes with distances of 24, 41

or 62 miles. The team will be made up from friends, former teammates and current players of all shapes and sizes who will be tasked with raising as much as possible for these two amazing charities. Hullensians RUFC are kindly organising corporate shirt sponsorhip for this elite hit squad of unprofessional riders and the team members will pay an entry fee to the event organisers. This means all the money we raise will go to these charities so they can continue their amazing work. The team will complete the ride and end up back at Hullensians for some well deserved beers, BBQ and a rubdown!

Any donation, no matter how big or how small will make a difference !

    Thank you 😁

In Oct. 2021 I was diagnosed with a glioblastoma multiform brain tumour. I am working with the Brain Tumour Research to raise awareness, whilst also supporting the local charity P.A.U.L for Brain Recovery. Brain tumour's kill more people under the age of 40 than any other cancer.
