Hi everyone – I’m raising funds for Happy Home Kenya Trust, to help them build a classroom for children near Kisumu, in Kenya.

As you can see from the photos, the current classrooms are not in great shape. In fact, they no longer meet Kenyan government regulations, which means they could be deemed unsafe and the school forced to close.

In order to protect the children’s safety and development, we’re raising £8,000 to build a permanent brick classroom. This will give one year group at Happy Home a place to learn, grow and thrive.

So where do I come in? Well somehow, I’ve secured a place on the GB age group team for the European Triathlon Championship in Madrid at the start of June. And I’ll be giving everything I’ve got for this cause!
