Story

This extention is to provide children and disabled people who currently struggle with use of the existing park obstacles for more advanced users as they do not have enough room and become obstructed or obstruct more experienced users.

Plans provided by Gravity Skateparks will expand the width of the park to that of the top section with obsticales better suited to younger and disabled users. This will be a great benifit for all as more people can come to the park to learn and grow from each other and not feel self concious about taking up room.

Petersfield Council needs £185,000 total for the plans and has managed to raise £14,000 so far through traditional means. If we meet half of the target it is likely that the national lottery will match that.

Sunday and Monday 26 / 27 May. Festival for Young People will have a stall in Rams Walk. The Gravity plans will be on display and support to talk about the design and fund raising will be most welcome.
