Peace Officers UK are raising £150,000 to create an Emergency Alert App to allow members of the public to contact a local Peace Officer when requiring our services.

Peace Officers UK – Mission Statement

At Peace Officers UK, our mission is to protect the rights and security of householders and business owners by providing professional, lawful, and ethical assistance in dealing with enforcement agents on private property.

We stand as a shield for those facing unjust or intimidating enforcement actions, ensuring that due process is upheld and that all interactions remain within the bounds of the law. Our Peace Officers act as legal representatives, empowered to enforce civil trespass laws and, when necessary, use reasonable force to safeguard property and personal rights.

Committed to integrity, professionalism, and justice, we strive to create a fair and balanced environment where individuals and businesses are not subjected to unlawful intrusion or coercion. Through education, advocacy, and direct intervention, Peace Officers UK upholds the fundamental principles of property rights, civil liberties, and lawful enforcement.

What we aim to achieve with Peace Officers UK, is to create a group of Peace Officers who, at a moments notice, will turn up to a property (when requested by the occupants), get the caller to sign an authority form for us to act as an agent on their behalf, stand down any attending police using the Police Attestation and Section 26 of the Criminal Justice and Courts Act [2015], and then deal with the bailiffs/enforcement agents, trespassing all of those present, as we are legally and lawfully entitled to do so. We will expose their lack of authority by quoting laws to them and exposing their fake “warrants”, and taking action against them where the law permits.

A persons home should be their castle, and a safe space for themselves and their family. They should not be terrified into feeling anxiety every time there is a knock at their door, worrying that enforcement agents are going to take their property. We aim to lobby for a change in the law to stop these practices from happening in future. In the meantime, we will continue to protect the public from tyrannical corporate agents.
