Story
Our aim is to support the Pavlovka Gallery and their efforts to continue to run their annual international pinhole photography festival in a time of war.
The theme for this years festival is
"I Bridge Builder"
but when the war in Ukraine began the question was revised to include
“Who am I in the war?”
Who am I, in a world being swallowed by war? What am I doing here? How did I get here? How do I bridge the gap between peace and war? (Yuliia Belska - Curator Pavlovka Art Gallery)
Aberdeen Archives, Gallery & Museums is offering an exhibition space to show retrospective work from previous festivals. We hope to raise funds through the sale of artwork on display to support future events, festivals and exhibitions in Ukraine.
You can donate any amount you like to this cause at any time. Alternatively you can visit the exhibition at Aberdeen Maritime Museum and order a festival print with a minimum donation of £45, or purchase a festival zine for a suggested donation of £3

I have been a regular contributor to the Pavlovka Pinhole Festival in Kyiv, since it began in 2017. The festival encourages and supports artists from all corners of the globe to participate. This is a way to return some of that support and ensure the festivals future.
