Prosperity CIO is a mental health and wellbeing charity which works with young people, adults, professionals and the wider community. We support young people and adults with good mental health and wellbeing by providing support, advice, education and counselling through the organisation of public workshops, seminars and events. Our Project FIGHT BACK hosted by Jarram's Fitness and Team Respect will be hosting a black tie Boxing Event. This project focusses on Men's Mental Health and Suicide Prevention, Counselling for Men struggling with Mental Heath and Substance- Drug and Alcohol abuse and offers support for Family members and Carers who are impacted. We empower and educate young people and adults with guidance on physical, emotional and social wellbeing developing knowledge, confidence and skills to look after their own mental health, support others, and create change, so that all can thrive. Each individual will enhance their insight into health literacy and acquire the skills to respond with access to timely, youth-friendly support and resources. We are focused on intervention, prevention, ensuring that more young people and adults learn how to build their own wellbeing toolkit.
