We are raising money to install a Paul Heys yellow racing buoy in the Central Solent to commemorate one of the world's inspirational individuals. Paul Heys helped so many of us to enjoy our hobby, whether it was helping with crew, sorting our boats or boosting morale in the bar. The cost to drop and maintain the buoy for 10 years is circa £20k, the cost for 20 years is circa £34K, so the more we raise, the more likely that his grandchildren will have the opportunity to race around it.
