I'm raising £1,000 for the Dartmoor Rescue Group (DRG)

I'm the Mayor of West Devon and the DRG is my nominated charity for 2025/26. I'll be organising charity events and functions throughout the year to raise funds for the group.

DRG comprises of four Mountain Rescue teams that cover Dartmoor and the surrounding area. Last year each team averaged 40 call-outs to search for missing and injured persons. The teams are manned by volunteers and funded by public donation. They operate 24/7/365 in all weathers. Further details of DRG: dartmoor-rescue.org
