I've signed up for the Round-the-Island cycle ride on 30th April 2017. It's 100 kilometres (about 62 miles) with some serious hills, and I have a maximum of 9 hours to do it.

It's all about sending 15 year old T to Vietnam this July, where as well as some R&R time, he'll be taking part in projects aimed at benefitting the local community - he may be helping them learn English, doing play therapy with younger ones, or helping to build a new school building.
