A last update before we close the JustGiving page. Bobby is in Brisbane with his sister getting the paperwork sorted out with the insurance company and having a few medical checks done. Once all this is resolved they will make a plan going forward. Whilst I know he will be in touch with many of you, words can hardly convey the thanks to everybody who has helped them through this difficult time. Personally, I think it's nice to have been able to help someone who has spent his whole life helping others.

I'm sure most of you know that a Bobby, Cheryl, Lauren & Robbie are now safely in Niue. They are all well and in good spirits. Communication is still limited at best but I overwhelmed is the only word I've had from them about the generosity of everyone in helping them out in their time of need. We will close the page in the coming days and get the money to Bobby and family just as quickly as the processing allows us. Thank you again to everyone who has given so generously.

We have had an amazing response in under 24hrs and you cannot be thanked enough. Bobby, Cheryl, Lauren and Robbie are all well and in good spirits given what's happened. "Avanti" is in the lagoon in a semi submerged state. The insurance company Pantaenius are in touch with Bobby and are dealing with the situation. The wind at Beveridge Reef is still 30knts plus, so they are waiting a day or two longer before proceeding to Niue, disembarking from the boat where they are now and taking stock of the situation.
