I've raised £250 to Help Oscar Give Carson an experience of a lifetime. He’s donating hair for the THIRD time to make wigs for kids with cancer

As many people know in 2015, aged 6, after finding out about children who lost their hair through cancer and alopecia Oscar asked if he could give them some of his as many people used to tell him he was lucky to have his ‘beautiful blonde curls’
We found out about The Little Princess Trust and he made his first hair donation and raised enough money for them to make 3 wigs (£1500).
In 2017 aged 8, he had grown it long enough to cut again. He didnt ask for money this time. He just wanted to make sure they had enough hair for the wigs.
Two years on and this will be the longest length he’s ever donated. However, this time things are more personal. In 2017 not ling after his last donation, his friend Carson aged 4 at the time, was diagnosed with medulloblastoma, an aggresive form of brain cancer. Carson underwent chemotherapy, and got the ‘all clear‘ last June, but unfortunately it didn’t last long and a routine scan exposed another tumour and in November 2018 it was removed by surgery and 2 days before his 6th birthday party, confirmed again to be cancerous.
To have it a second time, so quickly is very concerning. Carson is now undergoing treatment again and Oscar has asked, since he already raised enough for three wigs, if he coukd use his hair fonation to raise money directly for his wee friend as he’d really like to see him get an experience of a lifetime this year, whilst he‘s strong enough.
Who was I to say no?
