Family and friends of Luke Murphy will be participating in the Wirral Walk 2017, a 15-mile walk around the Wirral Coast to help raise awareness and donations to The Open Door Centre.

The Open Door Centre is a small, independent charity on the Wirral which offers young people support against anxiety, stress and depression. Appointments can be made with them immediately with no waiting list, unlike many NHS services.

It is astonishing how many young people feel the pressures from society, often feeling like they have no one to talk to & sometimes leading to drastic consequences.

The Open Door Centre offers a fantastic 8-week 'Beating the Blues' programme which has been proven to help those suffering with mild and moderate depression to get better and stay better!
