Teresa jenkins nee evans a very loved wife ,mother ,daughter ,sister, auntie sadly lost her battle for life on the 17th of january at the age of 44 .she fought so hard to hang on to life to be with her family but sadly she taken too early. For 5 years prior she battled with 3 days of her life having dailaysis knowing that she couldnt have a transplant. help us to give her the send off she deserves.
