Hi everyone, The Garden of Reflection construction starts on Monday 19/7. It’s planned to take 4 days and this is where I need help. There will be a delivery of compost during w/c 2nd August, are any of you free during that week to help distribute it? Planting will take place 6th and 7th August. Are you free on one/both of these dates to help plant? If you can help, please email me with the dates and times you are free so I can build up a picture of volunteers during that week. Hi everyone, sorry it's been a while since my last update. I'm pleased to let you know the Garden of Reflection design has been finalised (check out the cover photo). The path has been ordered and will be laid in mid July. The seating has also been ordered and we hope to have the armillary and planting scheme confirmed by 23rd June. Hi everyone, we've done it! £8,000 has been donated to replace the money collected fraudulently last year. The generosity of the local community is amazing and on behalf of everyone involved, thank you. I have changed the amount we are raising to £14,000 as that's what the garden is likely to cost. We'll know more when we get the detailed designs in the next few days. Once the final design is chosen, I'll update you all again.
