At Nova we believe that all woman deserve support no matter what cards they have been dealt or obstacles they have had to overcome. Life can be both challenging and uncertain a lot of times. We can find ourselves in uncomfortable situations with no immediate visible solution. Nova helps give woman tools and support to help bring clarity, strength and understanding to help find those solutions. At Nova we do not judge or pressurise anybody. We aim to help individuals however their tailored plan may look.

Our approach -

We provide tools to help break cycles and give all women the understanding and confidence to deal with difficult situations and choice making.

We work with women as a whole and address all aspect of their being. We guide clients to create bespoke solutions to manage through a range of interventions
