The Clare School is a complex needs school for pupils with medical and physical disabilities. 95% of children at the school have life limiting or life -threatening medical conditions and probably won’t live to see their 25th birthdays. Despite all of these sad facts, the school is amazing and teachers make sure every day is full of fun and brilliant activities.

The school is one hundred years old in 2026 and they plan to use the next five years to try to fundraise enough money to make some big changes - to build a hydrotherapy pool, an accessible changing room, put another sensory room in and install an outside yoga studio to support postural management and physiotherapy programmes...all in time for their Centenary Celebrations.
