North Notts Arena is a charity run Sports and Community venue. Catering for all sectors of the Public. During the quieter Summer months the cashflow dries up and puts this venue at risk. The loss of Council funds and general ecconomic factors have created this situation. Longer term measures are in place to reduce this effect but this year will be a problem if we all cant help out. Details of the facilites and its users are detailed below. We can‘t let this place disappear for want of a few quid each. Thank you.

62% of sporting visitors are over 50 (older people)

14% of sporting visitors are under 21

A total of 16% of our regular sporting visitors are registered disabled.

We work cradle to grave, from the young children of 5 who attend our fitness suite activities and gymnastics to indoor bowlers and 50+ group members who are actually in their 90s.

A very friendly, welcoming and inclusive community facility, offering snooker, Bowls, fitness suite, gym, football, badminton, table tennis, tennis, boccia, plus the home of many local groups including 50+ Activity Groups, Heartbeatz, Junior Snooker Academy, Bassetlaw Indoor Bowls Club, Alison Dolby Fitness Suite, Arena Petanque Club and Gymnastics Club.

On the events side of the business the Arena works with many local charitable organisations on fundraisers, hosting pantos, family fun days, pro boxing, many wedding receptions, birthday celebrations, corporate events, party nights and their ever popular party nights.
