Hi, myself and Niall are doing a run to raise much needed funds for 2 great charities Motor neurone disease ni and the home Respiratory care team they are 2 charities that mean a lot to both of us. The challenge we are taken is to run 4 miles every 4hrs for 48hrs over the weekend of the 23rd of April. A family friend of ours is suffer with motor neurone disease for a few years now and we can see first hand how hard it is on her young family so we would like to do this challenge to raise awareness off this great charity. The home Respiratory care team are an organisation that can give a great lifeline to a patient and their family at home in the final months of their lives
