Creative Mentor Network is a charity working towards a future where there is no class ceiling in the UK creative industries.

Diversity is vital for creativity to thrive and young people from lower socio-economic backgrounds are under-represented in the creative world of work. Just 12% of people from lower socio-economic backgrounds work in the creative industries, despite representing 44% of the UK population.

Creative Mentor Network run mentoring programmes that help support those young creatives to develop skills, build networks, and give them the confidence they need to succeed.
