Story

At 6 I was domestic servant, and at 14. I was gang raped by a group of grown men.

The first man to rape me was my own father, at 15. I was forced into an arranged marriage and further raped by my father-in-law for four long years.

I escaped the arranged marriage only to be beaten in a vicious attack by my family, who broke my arm, jaw, and as they stamped upon me they broke my hip and I nearly died as my father pressed his foot against my throat in an attempted honour killing.

I escaped my family home and being sent to India only to endure 23 years of domestic violence with a man that had no love for me, whilst my children watched on suffering from trauma and the affects of violence themselves.

This led to homelessness, which led to self discovery, and I started a nonprofit called End Honour Killings.Org.

My father has not long come out of prison, because the abducted my half sister who was six years old and sold her to human traffickers because of honour, as in my culture and cultures like it. girls are not wanted so they suffer a long life of misery, neglect abuse and low self-worth.

They know nothing but FEAR.

My intention is to LOVE that FEAR out of them and to show them that there is a beautiful life on the other side of fear, to help them to stand in their own greatness, and to live a life worthy that they deserve.

I am a professional and TEDx speaker and have spoken at Scotland Yard, Parliment and actoss stages spreading awareness and helping those who are suffering and feel alone.

Help me to help them to escape and start a life for themselves and often their children.
