Month 4 of the journey to my 40th birthday. This month is a family challenge. Each week of the month of aug I‘m going to complete sets of sit ups. Each week i will increase the sets. My kids are matching me with either sit ups or press ups. We are raising money this month for broke not broken. Broke not broken is a local charity in kinross, they are a food bank and so so much more.
