Many of you are aware that Nikki won her battle with cancer 5 years ago. Amazingly Nikki went on to travel the USA, New Zealand, Australia! In the last few years she’s settled in Australia, making many friends, starting a path in a new career, as well as finding love.
It kills me to say that sadly, the cancer has returned. This means Nikki has to put her life in Australia on hold to come home to receive treatment. Packing hasn’t been easy and there are many memories that she has been struggling to just throw away at a moments notice.
As well as this Nikki has been told that, given the course of treatment working won’t be an option, which is something she is struggling to comprehend.
Those of you who know Nikki will know that she is fiercely independent and doesn’t like asking for help, so making this step hasn’t been an easy one.
We are looking for donations to help fund bringing some of her memories home and to give her some financial piece of mind when she returns.
