Iʼve raised £2,265 to Help raise funds for Parkinson’s UK and St. Leonard’s First School Ipstones

    Story

Eleanor has decided to do a charity bike-ride and raise money for Parkinson’s UK, and for her school, St Leonard’s First School, Ipstones.

Sadly her Grandad-Pop (my father) was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease earlier this year so we have decided to raise funds for this charity who are investing in research for new and emerging treatments, getting closer to a cure each day.

We have also decided to split the fundraising and help raise funds for her school as well - St Leonard’s First School in Ipstones. This is a fabulous little school where she is thriving and any donations will help fund further opportunities for everyone in the school.

Along with some amazing friends and supporters Eleanor plans to cycle the length of the Manifold Way…….twice! On Sunday 22nd October the team will start at Hulme End and head towards Waterhouses then turn around and cycle back, totalling 16miles/25.5km.

Please give generously to these causes via this link and I will split the fundraising equally between the two causes. Thankyou so much😃
