We are running 100km (62 miles) from London to Brighton with 15kg on our backs at the start of November, in aid of Jade Goffin who is terminally ill with cancer.

We are close colleagues and friends with her husband Gareth Goffin at British Military Fitness, unfortunately Jade has been given 12-24 months to live, and we are raising money to send her to the US for treatment to extend her life.

Jade works as a Police Officer in West London, and always lets us hang out at her place place, eating food and drinking all the beer, the amount of times she has picked us up from the pub, fed us, and put up with our silliness is unbelievable.

The couple have a 5 year old daughter called Eva, and we want to see her achieve a dying wish of seeing her daughter off to secondary school.Life extending treatment in the US will help live achieve this.

The team consists of two friends of the family, both part time instructors for British Military Fitness. Alastair Clark is an award winning Race Director, and Andy Kay is London Firefighter. Both are in decent nick despite a catalogue of injuries and currently in training!
