I've raised £2000 to I'm taking taking March off work and have no income to support my 4382 km challenge. I have no income for the month to support myself.

In 2019 I set out on a mission to talk about mental health and suicide prevention. I raised £12,000 for charity through cycling challenges, events and interviews, it was a huge year. I want to continue my fundraising but I need to take time off work and need help with my expenses. I have two trips planned for 2020 to help reach more people and help people struggling with mental health issues.
In March 2020 I'll be cycling 4382 KM. 4382 KM represents the number of men who took their own lives in 2017, I was almost number 4383.
My goal is to raise money and awareness and to hopefully inspire others who struggle and help them find help.

I hope we can do more this year, please help me help more people. Your donation goes towards my travel, accommodation and subsistence not directly to any charity.
