For weeks three and four of our NCS (National Citizen Service) programme, we have to raise funds or awareness for a charity of our choice. As when we were choosing our cause in week two, our group was split between people who wanted to help people with mental health problems, and people who wanted to help animals, we decided to raise funds for Pets As Therapy as they are a charity who use animals to help people with mental health problems- therefore striking a good compromise between the members of our group.

As three members of our group, in addition to one of our team leaders, are taking part in the 5km Chippenham Parkrun on the 5th of August, this page is primarily for donations sponsoring them. However, donations simply for us to give to Pets As Therapy can also be given through here.

Money we raise here will be spent on hiring out the Malmesbury Victoria football ground for us to run the event at, plus various marquees, stalls, and cakes. Any excess funds will be donated directly to Pets As Therapy.
