This is our NCS Social Action Project where we, as a team, must rack up 60 hours of charity work towards a charity or two that we are passionate about. We have chosen Palestinian Children's Relief Fund and CLIC Sargent because both are causes close to heart for members in our group, and we would like to support charities that are less talked about in our schools and local communities. As a Palestinian myself, I have many childhood memories of being so close to war and feeling helpless, and even though I was lucky enough to escape that feeling, many children are not. This is a great opportunity for us to work together and make a change, and we realise how privileged we are to have this chance.

Our group is planning on doing many different things to raise our hopeful target of £400. This includes a sponsored night walk which will help us relate to the distances children in Palestine have to go to escape conflict, and the dangers of it. We will vlog this to share with our generous donors. We are also thinking of having a football game, car washes, sponsored waxing, and other activities, so other people can have a good time all whilst raising money for two wonderful causes.
