Very proud of the boys yesterday. We played in the Shrewsbury Cup which has some very tough competition. But, the boys dug in and made it through the group stages beating some strong teams.they went through to the semi final and came up against the best team there who hadn't dropped a point. We were losing 1-0 with just a few seconds left when Harrison scored an amazing goal into the top corner. Eventually they were too good for us and scored in extra time and then went on to win the cup. Considering the opposition the boys did so well.

Pre Season continues for the boys and we're trying to give them as much game time as possible. 2 weeks ago we played a local side who beat us... and last weekend we played the same team and managed to beat them.. the boys did fantastic and it was a fantastic overall team performance. They played some really good football and I'd like to think that the opposing fans were envious. This weeks see's the Shrewsbury Cup. It's a friendly competition attracting talent from all over the west midlands. Fingers crossed they do themselves proud
