My daughters both go to Unstone St Marys Infants school and they love it. It is a fantastic school with fantastic and dedicated staff whom without, wouldn't be able to carry on. As with most in the public sector, it is struggling to get the funds for even the basics of equipment. They need simple things like new chairs, blinds, computers, It is a small school ( the infants have 43 pupils) so struggles more than most.

I appreciate everyone at the school, they work so hard. For anyone who knows me, i am not a natural runner or athlete and so running a 10 km race has never been anything i have ever considered before. It scares me a little, to be fair. I will try my best,
