In the past 9 years we have been supported by some major charities. However one charity which is smaller and not famous has been instrumental in contributing to Issy's everyday life, development, and happiness - her primary school Manor Mead School in Shepperton. It is such an impressive school and they work hand in hand with us supporting Issy. They know her like we do, they have funded technology specifically for Issy and children like her. For example the school raised £8000 for Eyegaze equipment which Issy uses and which may one day help her communicate with a degree of independence.
As we celebrate 10 years of marriage we would like to give back to a special school which gives so much. We would like to surprise them with a donation. So please.... Don't buy us a gift as we have everything we need - make a donation to help Issy's school support children like her.
