Story

This is my brother david. Hes 35 years old with 3 children. Leon is 12. Austin is 6 and Mason is 1. This year Dave had so much planned. A family holiday in May, he was due to start a new job, 10 minutes from his home. Which meant more money for him and his little family. David and his girlfriend louisa were also planning a wedding. Just 3 week ago my little brothers life was shattered. A lump came up under his arm pit. We all said oh its a gland dont worry dave. But luckily he didnt listen to us and acted on it. The gp sent him straight away for tests. A week later at winchester hospital we were given the bad news .Her words were -“ im sorry david its not good news. You have a form of leukemia. A very rare form of cancer. He was then transfered straight to southampton general for treatment. Intense chemotherapy. This treatment mean‘s David can not see his children. We are unsure when he will be allowed home. He maybe allowed a little break home or will have to stay in for up to a year or more. This has left David‘s children devastated. They love their daddy to the moon and back. Unfortunately Due to this illness David had to reject the new job offer and his old company wouldnt take back his resignation. Which means David no longer has a job and wouldnt be able to work due to this horrible illness. Louisa too bless her heart. Shes trying to hold it together for the kids. feed them and care for them on her own. Plus trying to visit dave. . I really really want to raise some money for them. So at this end of this they can have a family break or just money to help them live. life sucks and do you know what David is still smiling !!!!!
