St Bede's School are looking to raise funds for a number of initiatives which will bring some exciting improvements to the school - these include new painted markings on the playground, new laptops for pupils in KS1 and funds to create a new Sensory Den - an area within the school that will be safe place for pupil support.

These costs are ones that the school budget simply cannot meet, so the school have tasked the Home School Association and wider school community to help.

We've tasked each of the children to walk, run, hop, skip or jump a marathon (26 miles) clocking up their miles between Monday 20th May and Friday 21st June. Each child will record their miles and the school house with the most miles will win valuable house points.
