It's that time of year again. If you're anything like me you attempt to do Movember and come the end of the month you've got some pathetic (pretty much non existent) slug on your top lip. If this sounds like you then this is your chance to get involved.

"Mulvember - For those who can't grow a moustache or lack facial hair. This is your chance to get involved without the use of a permanent marker"

All you need is a mullet or a V cut.

There is a Launch party on Thursday the 3rd of Mulvember at Emporium night club in Oxford. There will be a barber on stage who, for a small charitable donation will give you the mullet of your dreams. If you can't make it then get yourself to your local barber and ask to join The Mullet Team.

The proceeds will be going to a combination of Prostate Cancer UK and my mate Tu's family. For those of you that don't know, Prostate Cancer UK and the Prostate Cancer Foundation raise money for research into treating prostate cancer. 1 in 7 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime. So the work done by Prostate Cancer UK and the Prostate Cancer Foundation is so valuable. Tu (Savanaca Koroibulileka) was a soldier, rugby player, father, friend and all round great bloke. Tu sadly passed away while playing for Oakham RFC leaving behind a young family. As a community we want to do everything we can to help Tu's family at this hard time.

So while it is all a bit of fun and yeh your lid will be rank for a month, it is what it is and it's for two very good causes. So get around it and let's all raise some money and get rank lids.
