Dear friend,

As I am sure you are aware schools are facing constant funding challenges. The budget is overstretched by costs for all the basics, never mind extras that we would like our pupils to have.

In the Summer term we are hoping to make an investment in two areas: Reading Books and 6 new iPad. Funds raised by events like this also enable us to keep costs down for school trips – we do subsidies buses on school trips for sports, music, curriculum etc regularly to make sure they are affordable for all families.

EASTER CASH CALL

To fund these projects, we are having a few school fundraising events. The biggest of these is an Easter CASH CALL Draw. We would really appreciate some community support for these events. We are asking family and friends to join in the draw. We are asking local businesses and friends of Mt St Catherine’s would you please consider making a minimum donation of £50 to this project? We will use this to purchase the balls and vouchers as incentives to good sellers among the children for the EASTER CASH CALL. All sponsors will be acknowledged through our social media.

We are over the moon to have McKinney’s Competitions as our main sponsor for this fundraiser. They are sponsoring the £500 first prize! And our big Cash Call will be made live by Adrian Logan and Leah on the McKinney Competition Website. Details of when later.
