Story
🌟🌟 MALIN HEAD TO MIZEN HEAD CHALLENGE 🌟🌟🌟
We are asking ALL our members to join in to run, walk, or cycle part of the distance to virtually travel the length of Ireland in just three days - 29th, 30th and 31st May.
You can do this alone or as a family – on the roads or even your garden, while adhering at all times to social distancing guidelines.
Once you/your family complete their distances, we will highlight this on social media platforms and record the distance travelled.
All proceeds will go towards The Mandeville Unit at Craigavon Area Hospital Macmillan Cancer Support and Inspire Cookstown (Mental Health, Grieving, Suicide and Addiction Support) for much needed resources.
All participants can make their donation through our just giving page (donations are also gratefully appreciated from those who are not taking part but would like to support this worthy cause).
Just send a private message of the number of miles you have walked individually or collectively as a family to the clubs Facebook page along with a photograph. For those of you that are camera shy just send in your name and miles.
So if you see a Moortown jersey out on the roads next weekend give them a shout of encouragement as they take on the virtual challenge for this great cause.
Make sure to wear your club colours, send your pics in and have fun!
Let’s give ourselves something positive to remember about our time during COVID-19.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
